If it comes off, I’ll put it back on. Free, forever.
If you ever need to take your jewelry off, or it snags and comes off, I’ll reattach it at no cost, for the lifetime of your chain. The one thing I need is the chain itself. If a chain gets lost, I can’t reattach something I can’t see, so please keep it somewhere safe.
Chains and connectors are also covered by our supplier’s 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

Your jewelry is made for everyday life, so there’s no need to baby it.
Go easy on chemicals.
Lotions, perfume, cleaning products, and chlorine can dull the finish over time. A quick rinse after the pool helps.
Watch for snags.
Sweaters, hair, and towels can catch a dainty chain. If it ever comes off, keep it and fill out the reattachment form, or text me.
Need It Removed?
Medical procedure or a new job rule? No problem.
If you need your jewelry off for something like a medical procedure, it can be carefully snipped right at the small connecting ring. Put the chain in a baggie, then text me to get it reattached free.
